Draw Your Land Map Online — mark your plot's boundary on a satellite map
Mark your plot or field on a satellite map, corner by corner or with your finger, right over the survey number boundaries. You get a plot sketch with every side's length, the area, the corner coordinates and the survey numbers on the north, south, east and west — as a PDF, and as a KML file you can open in Google Earth.
Works on your phone and on a computer. Survey numbers are shown for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh; you can draw anywhere in India.

How to draw your plot on the map
- 1Open Survey Maps → Measure and log in with your mobile number.
- 2Go to your land — allow location or search the village. Zoom in fully so the bunds, walls or fences are clear.
- 3Turn on “Sy.No” to see the survey number lines you are drawing inside.
- 4Choose Points and tap each corner of the plot in order.
- 5Tap the first corner again (or press Done) to close the shape. The sides, area and survey numbers appear.
Three ways to draw
- Points — tap the corners. Best for plots with straight sides, like layout plots and walled sites.
- Freehand — trace the boundary with your finger along a bund or field edge. When you lift your finger it turns into corners you can still adjust.
- Survey no. — tap a field and the whole survey number's boundary is taken as your shape. Good for seeing a full survey number before you mark your share inside it.
A rectangle and a circle are under “More shapes”.
Fix the drawing until it matches the ground
- Drag any corner to move it.
- Tap the middle of a side to add a corner there.
- On a computer, Backspace removes the last corner and Enter finishes.
- Zoom in further (the map goes closer than the usual satellite level) to place corners on the exact wall or bund.
What you get: the land sketch report
- A plot sketch — your shape with corner numbers, each side's length, a scale and a north arrow.
- Schedule of property — survey number(s), village, mandal, district and the extent.
- Boundaries — the survey numbers to the north, south, east and west, as a sale deed lists them.
- A close satellite image of the plot with the survey lines drawn on it.
- The latitude and longitude of every corner.
- A KML file of the same shape for Google Earth or other GIS apps.
Why not just draw on Google Maps or Google Earth?
Google Maps can measure distance, and Google Earth can draw a shape, but neither shows survey numbers, tells you which survey number your plot is in, or gives you a sketch with the neighbouring survey numbers. On JaaGa you draw on the same kind of satellite view with the survey lines on it — and you can still take your plot to Google Earth with the KML file.
Tips for an accurate drawing
- Zoom in as far as you can before placing corners.
- Use things you can see on the photo — a compound wall, a bund, a road edge — not where you think the line is.
- Satellite photos and survey lines can each be a few metres off. If your plot looks shifted against the survey lines, trust what is on the ground and check with the tippan / FMB.
- Small plots feel that error most: a 2-metre shift on a 200 sq yard plot is a big share of it.

Open JaaGa Survey Maps, go to Measure, find your land and tap the plot's corners (or trace it with your finger). Press Done, then download the sketch. Drawing and the report are free; you log in with your mobile number.
How do I mark my land boundary on Google Maps?
Google Maps has no tool to draw and save a land boundary. Draw it on JaaGa's satellite map instead, then download the KML file — it opens in Google Earth, and can be imported into Google My Maps.
Can I draw a plot sketch with measurements?
Yes. The report's plot sketch shows each side's length, the corner numbers, a scale and a north arrow, with the area and the corner coordinates.
Can I draw on my mobile?
Yes. Tap corners with your finger, or trace the boundary in Freehand. Drag corners to adjust them.
Can I use the drawn sketch for registration or a loan?
No. It is a guide for checking land and talking to sellers, surveyors and lawyers. Registration and banks need the certified records and, where required, a licensed surveyor's sketch.
Plot ka naksha online kaise banaye?
JaaGa Survey Maps kholiye, Measure chuniye, satellite map par apne plot ke kone ek-ek karke tap kariye ya ungli se seema banaiye, aur Done dabaiye. Har side ki lambai, area aur aas-paas ke survey number ke saath naksha PDF mein download kariye.

Certified records and services JaaGa can get for you:
The survey map is indicative: boundaries are digitised from government village maps and laid over satellite photos, so lines can be a few metres off. A plot you draw is only as accurate as the photo and your marking. Neither is a legal survey or a certified record. For a sale, loan or dispute, get the certified village map / FMB (tippan) and, if needed, a survey by a licensed surveyor. JaaGa is a private company — not a government website and not affiliated with the Government of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
