  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only accepted if requested immediately after placing the order. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Processing Status : If the request has already been forwarded to our documentation experts, legal team, or third-party service providers, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Non-Cancellable Services : Certain services involving third-party government bodies, legal filings, or time-bound actions are non-cancellable once initiated.
Return & Replacement Policy
As our services are mostly digital or document-based, returns are not applicable. However, we are committed to resolving any valid service issues.
  • Service Issues or Errors: If the documents delivered are incorrect, incomplete, or not as promised, please notify our support team within 2 business days of receiving them.
  • Correction Process : After reviewing the complaint, we may offer corrections, replacements, or reprocessing at no extra cost, depending on the case.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
  • Eligibility: A refund will be considered if:
    • A service is paid for but not delivered within the committed time frame.
    • There is a confirmed error or fault on the part of Jaaga.ai, and rework is not possible.
  • Verification Process : All refund claims are subject to internal review and approval.
  • Refund Timeline : Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days via the original mode of payment.
