Digital copies (most orders)

• Delivered to your JaaGa dashboard. We also send the download link on WhatsApp, and an email that your order is complete if you have given us an email address.
• The expected delivery time is shown on each service page before you pay. It depends on the document and on the government office or portal that issues it.
• Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge.

Hard copies

• Some documents can also be ordered as a hard copy, certified where the option says so. The hard-copy price includes delivery; there is no separate delivery charge.
• We deliver within India only, by courier or post, to the delivery address you give when ordering. Please check it carefully — we are not responsible for delays caused by a wrong address.
• The expected time is shown before you pay. It covers getting the document from the issuing office plus courier time.
• Delays caused by government offices, courier companies or events outside our control can push the date back. We will keep you updated.
